When will my order be shipped?

All items are subject to handling period before they are shipped. Please keep in mind many items are made to order. You will receive an email to notify you that your order has shipped.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in the catalog, shipping times may take longer than estimated.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 15-31 business days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 42 days). Many of our items are handmade and made to order so please keep this in mind when ordering. Our handcrafted items are beautiful and well worth the wait.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team so we can look into your order and resolve any further delays.

What is your return policy?

There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return or replacement.

Please note that any free items (just pay shipping) are not included.

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are processed as quickly as possible. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something and not receive it.
